Loi leads research at Buoy, an AI-powered healthcare navigation platform. Previously, Loi founded and built the research team at Tripadvisor, and managed a research team at Facebook. She started her research career in academia, earning a PhD in Communication with a focus on digital communication and community. She is excited to share her experience and perspective on UX research leadership, believing everyone’s path to leadership can and should be unique to them.
