Evelina leads User Research, Design, Digital Strategy, and Data Science teams at ChaiOne, where she consults industrial services and energy clients on improving their operations, digital, and service experiences for employees and clients’ customers. Before joining ChaiOne seven years ago, Evelina nerded out over cognitive neuroscience and published peer-reviewed science papers on how visual objects disappear from our awareness. She’s excited to share stories about being the outsider observer with a pen and a clipboard in the wilds of nuclear plants and oil and gas fields.
